I’ve owned the same domain (thinkdunkdesign.com) since I graduated college. Another in a mountain of great ideas with no time to follow through on them.
This was going to be our small design company with big ideas – the Think/Dunk Tank. You see, we’d get a dunk tank, and then think of ideas, and if your idea sucked, you’d have to get dunked. Metaphorically.
For dozens of obvious reasons, that never happened.
For less obvious reasons, I haven’t maintained that site in quite a while – “coming soon” is now more of a joke than a guarantee. Maybe it’s a threat. I’ve gotta take that crap down.
So I bought some domain names that will probably still be relevant in a few years – alexgraham.name, alexthegraham.name, and alexthegraham.com. Well, relevant to me, anyway. This time, however, no “coming soon”. I’m just going to try to keep it reasonably up-to-date, professional, and (maybe) relevant.
I know that, right now at least, no one is reading this stuff. Consider it an archive, of sorts.
